I recently purchased some lab supplies from this company and overall, I found the experience to be satisfactory. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I did have some difficulty with the checkout process, as it was a bit confusing and took longer than expected. The customer service team was responsive and helped resolve my issues, which was appreciated. The quality of the products received was decent, but there was nothing particularly exceptional about them. Overall, the experience was average, and I would consider shopping here again if necessary, but with some caution.
