Don't bother with this tech agency! I interviewed for them in a position in SF. The interview went very well and I had an excellent shot in obtaining the job. Their recruiter never followed up with me regarding feedback and never returned any of my calls and email. Almost 1 month after my interview, I then get a call from another recruiter from Beta Soft Systems. He is trying to pitch to me the same job opportunity from the same company! Astonished, I tell him that i already interviewed with that company and the recruiter that i worked with never communicated back to me. So, a day later, the original recruiter then finally emails me and I call him. He stated that the company I interviewed at may hire me. So, i put my job search on hold. Well, after our brief conversation, he does not call back or answer my email... again! Frustrated at the recruiter's inability to communicate, I call and ask for the so-called account manager. I explain to him my situation and cuts me off mid-sentence and tells me to email me the email thread I had with his recruiter. Well, guess what? HE DOES NOT CALL BACK, EITHER! I have given up on this and I probably missed out on this job opportunity due to Beta Soft Systems dropping the ball.

This action demonstrates the unprofessionalism of Beta Soft Systems. If I did not get the job- THEN TELL ME! Don't leave me in limbo and waiting for a phone call that I will never receive! Looking at their job listings on Dice, the positions are old but list the jobs listings as new. Probably to scam other job seekers and waste their time while they fill their quota and get commission.
