I recently had the pleasure of using Marathon Financial services for my financial needs. I must say that my experience with them was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. However, the overall service was nothing out of the ordinary. The customer support was prompt in answering my queries, but I didn't feel a personal touch. The interest rates were decent, but nothing extraordinary compared to other financial institutions. The process of applying for a loan was fairly straightforward, although it did take slightly longer than expected. On the positive side, they did provide me with a satisfactory loan amount. Overall, I would rate Marathon Financial as an average company with no major complaints, but also no standout features.
