I have been bringing my daughter for a while here and can never get a physical sooner than a month. With my sons clinic I can get it that same week. Last time my daughter had a physical we waited 1 month and then I get a call that it had been cancelled and I had to wait another month! My daughter missed 2 whole months from school because of this matter! & today its the same issue! My day care provider needs it or she will be taken out! & I can't even get copies of paper work I'm requesting!I loved this clinic but I'm really thinking about switching! RECEPTIONIST OR Who EVER ANSWERS The Phone Gives Wrong info. Staff contradic themselves! & All they want is to prove you wrong and win over you. Aren't caring for there patients. They forget that because of use attending this clinic they have a job! If they can't be pationate with what they do, maybe they should look for a different job!
