Sadly I do not see myself going back for services ...

Sadly I do not see myself going back for services after my last experience there. I took my car in for a headlight that was out. I was glad they were able to take it without an appointment. However around 2:30 PM I receive a phone call saying that it would cost over $800. I was shocked and I was at work at the time so I had my husband talk to them. He said they acted as if they didn t care that we were taking the car without completing the service. My husband took the car elsewhere and was told that yeah it might cost $800 if XY&Z was wrong with it but we would not know without allowing them to investigate. We allowed them to investigate and it only ended up costing us $230 because everything that you all thought was wrong with it was not. That is all I wanted for you all to actually do investigate and care about the car I bought from you and have kept bringing back for over 9 years but sadly you did not and I will not be returning.
