I have been a customer of Ballintrae for the past few years and I must say that their service is quite average. While they do deliver on their promises, there have been several instances where they have fallen short. Their customer support is not very responsive and it can take a while to get a resolution for any issues. The website can also be quite slow at times. Overall, my experience with Ballintrae has been okay, but I expected more.
