Started the new year with a L/Certified from Hendrick Lexus Northlake. The whole experience was very pleasant. I traveled 200+ miles as they had the deal I wanted. I contacted them via phone and Andrew helped me out initially. He then put me in contact with Mr. Williams Coach who finalized all details before my arrival. I am more than happy with my GS350 and the dealership. I have been a loyal Japanese car buyer, many Toyota s, Honda s, Mazda s, and 1 Subaru. I can honestly say they re miles apart when it comes to the buying experience. Even though this time I didn t get a new car which I usually do, they made me feel welcomed and treated me as if I was getting a new and more expensive car. Kudos to Northlake for their outstanding staff and f/u customer service. Jeff, Andrew, Julian, and specially Coach!
