I had a mixed experience with Sumser. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, the customer service was lacking. I had difficulty scheduling an appointment, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. However, once I finally had my appointment, the doctor was knowledgeable and provided good care. Overall, I would rate Sumser as average.
