CUSTOMER: I had a mixed experience with Scrapdiary. Some aspects were great, while others fell short of my expectations. The customer service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I found the website navigation to be confusing and not user-friendly. Additionally, the shipping took longer than anticipated. Overall, I would rate Scrapdiary as average.
