I recently completed a first aid training course with Fast - first aid safety training and it was an excellent experience. The instructors were friendly, patient, and had a wealth of knowledge. The course content was well-structured and easy to follow. I particularly liked the practical exercises that allowed me to apply what I learned in real-life scenarios.
