Arrived yesterday to a pretty standard looking hot...

Arrived yesterday to a pretty standard looking hotel but was pleasently surprised at the facilities and nooks and crannies in around the hotel.
Beautiful gardens snd a lovely outdoor area to eat!
We were initially disappointed that there only lobster salad and fish and chips on the menu as my sister is pescatarian however the Chef Darren Booker-Wilson came and spent time organising an amazing fresh fish 3 course meal that she was delighted with. The Chef also made sure he had fresh fish for lunch the next day and once again the meal was exceptional and Darren came out to check we were happy with our food.....really amazing well done Darren!
I also want to mention the other floor staff and housekeeping staff who
couldnt do enough for us!
