I had a mixed experience with Werner Eugene. While some aspects of their service were great, others left much to be desired. The customer support was excellent, with the team always available to answer my questions and address any concerns. However, the delivery service was average at best. The package arrived a day later than expected, and the tracking information was not updated in real-time. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
