I've been using Gavsa's services for the past year...

I've been using Gavsa's services for the past year and I have to say, they have been average at best. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been multiple occasions where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
