Review of ProtectCELL

They replaced my mobile device which was ok until ...

They replaced my mobile device which was ok until I changed my phone operator and discovered that it was locked when it wasn't supposed to. It wouldn't had been such a big problem if my previous operator could unlock it, but it took 6 weeks of back and forth and I was finally told that my device can't be unlocked. Apparently, it's a refurbished device that is locked by a completely different operator (they couldn't help either). Now I'm stuck with a phone that I can't use and ProtectCell is ignoring me. Oh, and I was charged $200 for it (+ 5 years of monthly insurance payments).
I figured that their ratings are so low that they don't care if another bad review is added.
