If I could give them a zero I would! My loan was picked up by loancare back in Sept of 2016 and it has been beyond my worst experience ever with a mortgage company, in fact, I have dealt with 8-10 mortgages and have never encountered any issues until loancare. I just came across these reviews and realized I am not alone and I am not the only one. Issues with escrow and them ignoring and refusing to correct an error on my property tax that doubled my monthly payments, late charge fees, and late payment notices on my credit report even though I have been making payments monthly. I reported them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and finally received answers. I have been asking them to do this for me for 8 months and nothing was being done but now that this agency contacted them, they sent info to them saying they were going to fix it. Well, I thought FINALLY, something is going to be done! Then I woke up this morning to loancare refunding my mortgage payment for August back to my account which I have no idea why they would do that. I guess this nightmare is never going to end, once I pay off some credit card debt, I am going to be shopping for a different bank. It is so insane that someone would just play with people's lives this way. Until last month, I was the only income in my home for a family of 4 while my husband finished college. No government help, just working hard to pay for my own health insurance and my family's and pay my taxes and all my bills and to be able to put food on the table for my children. But obviously this company does not care at all. Their name is Loancare, how about you change it to Loan don't care! And please do not try to respond to this message saying to call and that you are sorry that I had this experience, and blah blah blah, you are obviously NOT sorry since you continue to do the same thing to all these people writing these reviews. And also, you have the rudest least professional agents I have ever had to speak with. I am hoping someone does something about this madness before they continue affecting so many lives.
