I will give full five stars to Edureka for following reasons.
1) They are professional right from the moment you call them first time for a course enquiry.
2) Registration is easy and painless.
3) Before course actually starts, you receive full details including scope of course and timetable for each day.
4) Now this is key part, Course starts always in time. I never saw any delays. There was never a technical glitch or issues like instructor is unavailable.
5) They have excellent study material. Instructors are always ready to share more and more with you if you are ready to digest all that.
6) Recordings of session are available without fail.
7) Support team is fantastic. I was having few issues in setting up virtual machine. I raised a ticket and my issue was solved within 12 hours.
8) Their support is consistent. Its been 4 months since I have finished this course but I still find them responsive whenever I raise a ticket for any questions.
9) Final project is really extensive covering all that you learnt.
10) I have taken online courses from 3 different providers and I can undoubtedly say edureka is the fantastic !!!
