I would give good rating for the training courses ...

I would give good rating for the training courses and trainers. But 0 or -ve rating for the back office & relationship executives and support team.
The moment you contact them for a course they will be behind you for making the Money. Morning 8 am to night 10 pm any time they will call you for making quick payment. Once its done they will not respond to your mails, call, no clear communication on how certificate will be published after training, all lies before payment being made.
