I recently ordered some promotional items for my business, and the experience left much to be desired. While the variety of products available was impressive, the actual quality did not match my expectations. The colors were off, and a couple of items arrived with noticeable defects. 📦😕 Customer service was responsive but didn't provide satisfactory solutions. I wanted to be excited about my purchase, but it fell flat. Probably won't use them again.
