I have been a customer of SCANA for several years now and I must say that overall, my experience has been average. The customer service is decent but could definitely be better. The rates are not the cheapest in the market but they are also not too high. The only issue I have faced with SCANA is the occasional power outages in my area. Other than that, everything has been fine.
