I have been a customer of Chip insurance for several years now and I must say their service has always been average. The website is easy to navigate and the claims process is fairly straightforward. However, I have had a few issues with their customer service department. Sometimes it takes them a while to respond to my inquiries and I have had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would say Chip offers a decent insurance service.
