I dropped off my van at 10:20 in the morning for an oil change on a Saturday. It was close to 5PM and I had not received a call. So I called their service dept several times only to be disconnected each time as no one was answering their phones. I drove over there to pick-up my car since I was afraid I wouldn't get my van before they closed and there was two cashiers at the service desk with no customers. The cashier said that they were a person short and apologized for no one answering the phone. They didn't have the paperwork so they had to get the keys and paperwork from the service advisor. I paid the bill and that was it. I wish this was only the first time where I didn't receive a call after dropping off my van, but it has multiple times. I'm not sure why this service center continues to have these types of problems.
