I am a regular customer of Giftskart.in and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to use and they have a decent selection of gifts. However, I have faced issues with the delivery in the past. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still quite inconvenient. I hope they improve their delivery process to provide a better experience for their customers.
