I had the opportunity to engage with a consulting company recently to help with our business strategy. The experience was good overall, but there were a few areas where improvements could have been made. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided valuable insights, but there were some communication gaps during the project. While they did a decent job, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of coordination and response time.
