Don Burroughs is not only a fantastic agent, but an INCREDIBLE human being. If there were more people like him, renting in New York City would be a breeze. I feel like he lifted the world off my shoulders, seriously. We have only spoken over the phone twice, and he was HIGHLY informative and truly cared about helping me find the right place. I called him hoping to view apartments with Bohemia, but I was approved for something else with another agent from another company. I was very nervous and having doubts, so I called him hoping he would give me some advice. Don straight up told me, "I would not be a good agent if I didn't tell you to sign this lease, even if it means I don't get the chance to find an apartment for you." He listened to every concern, answered every question, and repeated himself if I needed clarity. There's so much to learn when it's your first time renting, and having someone who is looking out for your best interest is invaluable. I am beyond grateful. He assured me that it would be smart to go with what my boyfriend and I found. If I'm ever looking for a place again, Don Burroughs would be the ONLY person I would call.
