I recently had a mixed experience with Transway air & ocean freight. While their rates were reasonable and the customer service was satisfactory, there were some issues with the delivery process. My packages were delayed, causing inconvenience. However, the company did resolve the issue in a timely manner and my packages were eventually delivered. Overall, I would consider Transway air & ocean freight an average company.
