I recently visited Cortello salon for a haircut and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the end result. The stylist didn't quite understand what I wanted and ended up cutting my hair shorter than I had asked for. However, they did offer to fix it, which was a plus. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
