Neoweather is a great place to work for; I have been with them almost six years. The co-workers are knowledgeable, fun, and all-around pleasant to work with. In many businesses, you often see a power struggle, biases, or of the like take hold over time. Not here; here you can expect a collaborative, non-biased work environment. Highly recommend if you are looking at getting in to the weather consulting business side of meteorology!
