I had a mixed experience with Knowledge Management South Africa (KMSA). While their website kmca.org.za is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow and their representatives were not very helpful. However, I must commend them on the quality of their training materials. The content was well-structured and relevant to my needs. Overall, I would rate my experience with KMSA as average.
