I have been a customer of Han's CNC science and technology for the past year and I must say their service is average. The quality of their products has been consistent, but I feel their customer support could be improved. The staff is not always quick to respond to inquiries and sometimes it takes a while to get the assistance I need. However, overall it has been a satisfactory experience.
