An Electrolux dryer bought in September extends the drying randomly from the very beginning of use. Agdom service replaced the control module, but the fault was still present.
Another visit of the Agdom service is a parody - the service technician scratched his head, promised to find out from Electrolux how to service this model and his hearing was lost after him.
Another visit of a service technician, this time with ABC Bazyl, pointed to the user as guilty of poor dryer operation.
Contacting the Electrolux hotline is also an unpleasant experience. The customer is treated like a moron, they only think up the reasons why the dryer can extend the drying time. According to Electrolux, almost 5 hours of drying is the normal operation of the device. (The dryer normally dries the laundry in 1.5-2 hours)

I sincerely advise against, the company does not guarantee the quality of the product, the quality of the service, or the quality of service.
