Wish a zero star option was available because that is what JCP&L deserves. Their customer service department is a complete joke, every interaction I have had with them over the years has been awful.
Customer service ... they might as well call it customer abuse because that is how you are treated.
Typical monopolistic attitude and the BPU lets them get away with it!
