Our room could have been nice (comfy bed, balcony ...

Our room could have been nice (comfy bed, balcony doors... and all the amenities) but there were yellow stains on the sheets and LOTS of hair all over the carpet and bathroom floor. It seemed there was only one person working at the time so maybe the cleaner was overworked and overlooked these details... We complained and the floor was cleaned and sheets changed while we went out - Troyes is lovely BTW - so overall we had an OK stay. breakfast was good, as was the secure underground parking.
