I have been using Spectrum telecoms for a couple of years now and I must say, their service has been consistently average. The internet speeds are decent most of the time, but there are occasional drops in connection. Their customer support team is helpful but could be more proactive in resolving issues. Overall, I would rate Spectrum telecoms as an okay service provider.
