As for my apartment; Northpointe, they care nothing about us here. I have been here 10 plus years. I currently have $19,000 + in escrow and nothing has been done to address this issue. Building manager has ignored my emails after giving me permission to break my lease; that is, until i asked for it in writing. Then he sang a new song. I then emailed the Coral President. And guess what, he has ignored me as well. This property is run down, nasty, trifling, and the managers and this management company can care less.
