I have been a customer of Greplytix, Inc. for several years now and I must say their service is average. The website greplytix.com is easy to navigate and their customer support is helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I experienced delays in receiving responses to my inquiries. Overall, Greplytix, Inc. provides a decent service.
