My experience with Nimbyx has been average so far. The website is user-friendly and the product selection is decent. However, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with the customer support team. The response time was slow, and the resolution process required multiple follow-ups. I believe Nimbyx has the potential to improve their customer service and become a more reliable company in the future.
