John, this email is to thank you and ServiceMaster Superior Cleaning & Restoration for both your teams immediate response and high degree of professional remediation service provided for my families emergency call. It was over a weekend that septic water a faulty injector system failed spilling gallons dirty water into from a finished basement bathroom.

My first call was to a plumber to fix the leak and second to your office and within 90 minutes the ServiceMaster Superior Restoration team was at our home. Your service Field Manager Eric accessed the damage, explained the mitigation process and set the crew chief and team to work. They sealed the room, removed the water, applied an antimicrobial solution, removed all wall boards effected and placed drying equipment. After 3 days the team returned and completed the job leaving the bathroom and family room perfectly dry and clean.

This was a very sudden emergency and over a weekend. My wife Melissa and I are very appreciative the your process and particularly the communication.
