The Silverleaf management group, llc is doing an average job. I have been a customer for about a year now and overall, I would say they are decent. The maintenance of the properties is satisfactory and the staff is friendly. However, there have been a few instances where the response time for my repair requests was longer than expected. I hope they can improve on that aspect.
