I had a mixed experience with Unirack wa pty ltd. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. The delivery of my order was also delayed. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
