I switched my electricity provider to OCEC recently and I have had a decent experience so far. The rates are affordable and the service has been reliable. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response to my queries. Overall, it's an average electric cooperative.
