The customer service at Action Courier & Logistics...

The customer service at Action Courier & Logistics is absolutely atrocious. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I had an urgent delivery that needed to be made and they completely dropped the ball. It took them over a week to finally get it sorted out, and by then it was too late. I will never use their services again.
