I recently used Sato Transport, LLC for transporting my goods and I must say that overall it was a satisfactory experience. The delivery was on time and the staff was professional. However, there were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The packaging of some of my items was slightly damaged but luckily, nothing was broken. Additionally, the communication could have been better as I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Despite these small glitches, I would still recommend their services.
