I recently worked with a real estate team based in Atlanta, and overall, my experience was average. While the team at this company was professional and knowledgeable, I found their communication to be lacking at times. It took a while to receive updates on the progress of my home purchase, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, I felt that some aspects of the transaction could have been handled more efficiently. However, I will say that the team did ultimately help me find a property that met my needs and negotiated a fair deal. So while my experience was not exceptional, it was satisfactory. I would recommend this company for their industry knowledge and ability to close deals, but I would advise potential clients to be proactive in seeking updates and clarifications throughout the process.
