I recently used the services of this company after a water leak in my home. I found their website easy to navigate and it provided comprehensive information about their services. The response time was decent, with the team arriving within a few hours of my call. They were professional and efficient in assessing the damage and beginning the cleanup process. The technicians were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. However, I must say that the communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up with them for updates. Also, while the job was completed satisfactorily, I felt that the overall quality of their work was average. It wasn't exceptional, but it wasn't terrible either. Overall, my experience with this company was average, and I would consider using them again if needed, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and work quality.
