Overall, I had an average experience with Guillermo Properties, LLC. The staff was polite and the property I rented was decent. However, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed during my stay. The maintenance team was slow to respond and there were some cleanliness issues that were not resolved. I hope they can improve their services in the future.
