I had the opportunity to attend a cooking class at Le Cordon Bleu College, and it was a revelation. The chefs are not only highly skilled but also excellent teachers. They explained techniques clearly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I learned so much and can't wait to apply my newfound knowledge in the kitchen.
