Terrible service, they don't go over your policies...

Terrible service, they don't go over your policies and what is in them with you.
Rude beyond belief, go elsewhere. Very unprofessional and uninformed.
Turnover and they just collect their yearly commision without going over what your coverages are. They don't shop around for you.
One company they had me with, was switched out,without my knowledge, due to some company issues. They had my car and house split which killed any discounts.
They signed me up for homeowners without my permission as I did not want home insurance through them just auto, they do not listen!!!
No discount, just increases. They do not go over your renewals each year, and take line by line with you, so you know, what you have in terms of coverages.
There are far better firms out there, shop around and compare.
Once more, when you contact a new Insurance agency, to get your records from them, they, "slander you," and refuse to give them records which is unethical and aginst the law.
This is a boiler maker joint. They must tap the mental hospitals for help.
