I called to get information about a free or reduced mammogram because I was under the impression that anyone who needed one could get one. Even though the people on the phone were very nice, every place they suggested for me to go had an income requirement of which I didn't meet. Obviously if I could afford a mammogram I would just go to my Dr. and not contact SGK, or if I were poor enough I could just get Medicare or Obamacare. I think it"s misleading to say you are raising money so any woman that needs it can get a mammogram. I need one and can't get it.
