This ER denied myself and family member service because the nurse thought we had COVID-19.
THE NURSE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE AND COME TO THE DOOR DOES NOT CARE.
She said we would have to be in distress before they would help us. We would basically have to be dying.
This is so sad!!!
AND THEY SAY DR'S & NURSES CARE AND ARE HELPING!!!
What if it was their family members!!
SOOOOOOOOO SADDDDDDD!!!!
GOD BLESS ANYONE THAT GOES TO THIS ER!!!
