I had a mixed experience with Paptrade handelsges.m.b.h. The product I ordered was delivered on time, and the quality was good. However, their customer service needs improvement. I faced some difficulties while contacting them regarding an issue, and it took a while to get it resolved. Overall, I would say my experience was average, but there is room for improvement.
